Pro-abortion supporters from former governor Kathleen Sebelius, some justices from the Kansas Supreme Court, and others have misrepresented, and even lied about former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline in order to destroy his credibility, and to intimidate any future law enforcement agent from daring to challenge the sacred cow of the Democrats, Abortion on demand. As Mr. Ertelt brings out, one of Klines objectives was to protect children, ie., girls under age 15, from statutory rape, which the abortion clinics were not reporting to the state, as required by state law.
Documents Show Abortion Clinic Not Reporting Sexual Abuse

New documents obtained by a pro-life group reveal that Central Family Medical, a Kansas City abortion clinic also known as Aid for Women, routinely does not report suspected abuse on women and minors who seek abortions.
Yesterday, Operation Rescue released redacted images of the Supplemental Termination of Pregnancy reports from the abortion facility that show the forms are pre-printed to include a “No” answer in a question on the form asking if a report of suspected abuse was filed. In addition to the incriminating forms, Operation Rescue also released redacted samples of other sensitive private medical information related to abortions on 86 women during the single month of April, 2012.
Operation Rescue has filed complaints with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and the Kansas State Board of Nursing seeking a full investigation and calling for the emergency closure of Central Family Medicine.
The documents follow on a 2003 investigation started by former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline, who launched an investigation into Kansas abortion clinics on the information that abortion clinics were failing to report child sex abuse. Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, now U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, thwarted Kline’s investigation at every turn and eventually took aggressive steps that ultimately made it impossible for him to pursue the abuse non-reporting aspect of his investigation.
Kline was later brought up on ethics charges for his handling of heavily redacted abortion records obtained under subpoena after three years of legal battles by the clinics. Pro-life groups, including Operation Rescue, believe Kline’s ethics case was politically motivated to protect abortion clinics from criminal prosecution. Read more at LifeNews.com.

The State of Kansas owes former Attorney General Phill Kline a Front Page Apology.
Rick's note. I've been following this story since 2007, when I began blogging. This, as I predicted, is finally coming to light. The corrupt pro-choice, i.e., pro-abortion forces of Kansas have done everything they could to damage Phill Kline's reputation due to his relentless investigation and prosecution of illegal activities of the abortion clinics. Thanks to Operation Rescue, and other organizations, I, and other pro-life web sites have been able to get the facts the pro-abortion media in Wichita, Topeka, and Kansas City have been deliberately covering up.
